By What do you do when you want to fly but the weather, more particularly UAV Forecast says “NOT GOOD TO FLY” or you are on self-quarantine or you live in a jurisdiction where “Stay Home” Orders are in place? You pull out some old video and redux it.
That’s what I have done here. My recollection is I shot this video with my former DJI Mavic Air on the day following the last day the U.S.S Texas was open for public tours.
This was my second attempt to capture video of the Texas, the day before at around dusk I flew my first Litchi mission. Just for future reference the mast is 135 feet not 95 feet. If you look carefully you may be able to spot a Mavic Air upside down on the port side midship. 😞
